Polybench® for biosignals / reference 1.34.1
File that stores a Polybench Project

.XMC file

Overview

Using the File menu in Polybench Designer, you can save your Project ("Project") to disk. The file that is created uses the extension '.xmc'. The file is a readible text file (you can open it in Notepad, for example), since Polybench stores your project as XML code.

Details

The XMC file also stores any images that are loaded into a project. If your project contains many images, the XMC file will be large.

Note that if your project refers to data files to be replayed, those data files need to be present on the computer where you run your project. The data files are not contained in the XMC file.
